At the center of this practice is a focus on preserving room for humanity in the psychotherapy space. In a system increasingly dominated by algorithmic approaches to mental health, I believe that psychological services must retain a fundamentally human stance. This philosophy comes from deep engagement with individuals who have experienced the full range of human suffering and resilience. Working closely with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relational challenges, trauma, psychosis, identity struggles, and suicidality has broadened my understanding of what it means to be a human. It’s shown me that, even in the most fractured and disorganizing states, there remains an enduring human core that deserves respect, seeks meaning, and retains the capacity to experience a life that feels worth living.

Every individual that I work with teaches me something new about what it means to be a human. The resilience, perseverance, and coping with hardship that I’ve witnessed has given me a deep sense of hope in humanity.
